JJ Peet Sculpture Workshop at SSNYC

You can add "Gift Card" option for the class when you enroll.

November 11, November 18, December 2 and December 9

Hours: Saturdays 11am - 2pm

This 4 week workshop will be an intense voyage into the workings of ceramics. Clay is the most direct material we have for building, so consider an idea in your brain and translate that idea through your hands into this material, leaving a personal mark on the clay itself.
We will be investigating hand building techniques— transforming your theoretical guttural ideas into objects. Assignments and critiques are an integral part of this class.

The price includes cone 10 glazes, clay and 4 sessions of open studio for you to work on your project: Wednesdays 5pm-9pm

Firings Fee: 7 cents per cubic inch ( includes bisque and glaze firing).

Refund Policy: Refund and transfer requests must be made via mail or in person 10 days prior to start of the class. Registration receipts are required. There is a $50 processing fee for all refunds and transfers.
