Course Price: Price : $355 (The price includes clay). SSNYC does not offer extra studio time for this workshop. Students are not permitted to work in the studio without the instructor supervision).
Firings Fees
: 5 cents per cubic inch.

This workshop is an introduction to using 3D potter clay printer.

Student will create shapes with the program Fusion 360 and oversee the creative possibility of the printer to fabricate sculptures or wares.

Student must come to class with a laptop (preferably Mac) and the program “Fusion 360” installed.

The class cost cover: clay, glaze, firing, 1 object printed (5x5x8inch).

Fair knowledge of computer is recommended.

Refund Policy: Refund and transfer requests must be made via mail or in person two weeks prior to the start of the class. Registration receipts are required and there is a $50 processing fee for all refunds and transfers.

Makeup class Policy: SSNYC do not offer make-up sessions or Open Studio hours for the 3D Printing Workshop. If the student (for any reason) is not able to glaze their work during the glazing session, SSNYC will charge $30 (two-hour session) for extra studio time.  This session is for glazing only (students are not allowed to operate the 3D printer without the instructor).  The extra glaze session  must be pre-approved and scheduled by the administration ( please contact us at sculpturespacenyc@icloud.com ). If the student is not able to finish their work during the workshop, he/she should enroll in the next term or schedule a private class. Please no exceptions

 Studio etiquette: 

Students are expected to comply with studio guidelines and maintain a clean work environment during every class. It is equally important to respect others working in the studio, maintaining a friendly but professional manner. SSNYC is committed to providing an exceptional experience for students, members, and teachers alike.

Due to the nature of studio ceramics and the materials used, all classes are for adults age 21 and older
